We ship worldwide using FedEx, UPS shipping aggregator, USPS to ensure smooth and reliable deliveries.

• Free shipping is available for across the United States.

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by their country.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

• Domestic Orders (US): 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 3–14 business days (delivery times may vary depending on the destination country).

We use minimal plastic packaging and are actively working towards implementing eco-friendly alternatives to reduce our environmental impact.

• All orders are trackable. We will provide a order tracking number. 

Incorrect Address

• For domestic orders (US), re-shipping will be chargeable.

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs if the address provided is incorrect and the shipment is returned to us.

• For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees levied by their country’s customs department.

• Customers can request order changes or cancellations before the order is dispatched.

• Once the order is shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

We do not have any shipping restrictions, and all items, including heavily embroidered or delicate fabrics, are handled with care.
